Robert P. Jones talks to Michael Cheuk about his new book White Too Long: The Legacy of White Supremacy in American Christianity and his findings regarding attitudes about race among American Christians. Jones also recounts his own Christian journey of racial reckoning and identifies sources of hope toward a more just and equitable society. Robert P. Jones is the CEO and Founder of Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI). He is also a leading scholar and commentator on religion, culture, and politics. He is the author of The End of White Christian America, which won the 2019 Grawemeyer Award in Religion. He is frequently featured in major national media, such as CNN, MSNBC, NPR, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and others.
