erry and Ed had a problem. As Lead Pastor and Community/Care Pastor of a large and growing congregation, they had been seeking the right person to bring on board to help lead the church. Between the two of them, they had preaching, teaching and pastoral care responsibilities covered. What was going uncovered were the administrative and operational needs of the church.
