Evoking Awareness
You love coaching, and your clients are taking action and making progress, but sometimes the new awareness feels locked on the other side of a door. You’re asking lots of questions, but the lock remains fast. If you’d love to have an upgrade to your coaching that unlocks the door of new awareness AND helps the client process that awareness into action, then you’ve come to the right place.
asking powerful questions
You’ve been coaching a while with some good results. Good results, but not great. You want to take your coaching to the next level, but you can’t seem to find the right… questions. If you’re struggling to ask truly powerful questions –the kind that unlock new awareness and generate big-time results –then you’re in luck! Becoming a great asker of questions isn’t as hard as you think.
Frameworks for Successful Coaching
One of the hardest truths about coaching is the fact that being a good coach does not ensure you will have clients to coach. Truth is, there are two sides to having a successful coaching practice/ministry: the coaching side and the business side. When you use a framework approach to coaching, you improve BOTH sides.
High Performance Patterns
Energized performance, heightened creativity, and consistent excellence come from discovering and applying one’s individual High Performance Patterns (HPP) — the distinctive sequence of steps we naturally follow when we are at our best: when we feel enthusiastic; when work flows easily; and when the results exceed our expectations. When you learn HPP, you will help your clients discover and apply their High Performance Patterns to sustain outstanding results at work, in management of others, in new assignments, at home and with their family, or in any situation where excellent performance is desired.

CliftonStrengths Assessment –formerly known as StrengthsFinder, this model and instrument were developed nearly 20 years ago by the Gallup organization to describe the talent themes each person has most available. 4. Conflict Styles –This model describes five ways a person can engage in conflict andthe assessment discerns which styles come more naturally for a person.

Coaching for Growth
Anyone who doesn’t get immense joy from helping another person grow will not make for a very effective coach. But that’s not you.You want to play a part in helping others reach new levels of being, doing, and achieving. As much as you want to help others grow, it’s not always easy, and it is never automatic.A coaching relationship leads to growth only when both parties are intentional and when the coach is fully ready to support client growth.
